At Ivory Leather, we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of purchase amount or location.

Shipping Restrictions:
We ship to most countries worldwide, excluding Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and countries sanctioned by OFAC.

Courier Services

We partner with premium courier services, including DHL and FedEx, to ensure quick and reliable delivery. Ivory Leather reserves the right to select the most suitable courier for each shipment.

Note: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.

Customs Duties & International Orders

All shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office to estimate additional costs before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t been received, contact both our Customer Support Team and the courier within 5 business days of the delivery date.
  • Verified lost or damaged items will be replaced with either a full store credit or an identical replacement. Refunds are not applicable for lost items.

Delivery Issues

  • Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment. For any delivery holds or missed attempts, please contact the courier directly.
  • Unaccepted Deliveries: Refusing delivery or instructing the courier to return the parcel may result in the package being destroyed. We cannot process returns in these cases. Please accept delivery and follow our return process if needed.
  • Incorrect Address: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once dispatched, we cannot reroute deliveries. Unclaimed or undelivered parcels may be destroyed, and cancellations or returns will not be processed in such cases.

Additional Policies

  • Order Confirmation: Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive this, please contact our support team.
  • Combined Shipments: For multiple orders going to the same address, we may combine them to optimize delivery time and costs. If you prefer separate shipments, let us know in advance.
  • Complimentary Items: Complimentary items are not included with orders of 10 or more products unless approved by our support team.
