Payments and Pricing
We accept payments through PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, and STRIPE. Personal checks are not accepted.

Currency and Conversion:
All payments are processed in USD. If your payment card uses a different currency, the order total will be converted to your card’s currency at the prevailing exchange rate.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 2 days of placement by submitting a request via the “My Order” page.
- Cancellations are not possible once an order has been dispatched or is under customs clearance. In this case, the parcel must be accepted and returned according to our return policy.
- Time-sensitive orders, guaranteed for specific timelines, cannot be canceled after placement.
Order Acceptance and Pricing
We strive for accurate pricing and availability on our website; however, changes may occur without prior notice.
Pricing Errors:
- If a product’s price is lower than listed, we will refund the difference.
- If the correct price is higher, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order, informing you accordingly.
- We are not obligated to fulfill orders at incorrect (lower) prices.
Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.
Free Gift Policy
- A free leather gift is available for orders over $150.
- Each customer is entitled to one free gift only.
- If an order with a free gift is returned, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund.
User Accounts
- Registered users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
- Users must be 18 years or older to register or transact on the website.
Governing Law
Disputes arising from this website are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, which is our country of domicile.
